    Ideal Fruiting Temperature: 18°C to 24°C
    This hardy Lion’s Mane prefers cooler conditions and doesn't like breezes, so keep it snug and sheltered from drafts.

    Harvests: The first flush (that's mushroom-speak for harvest) usually yields a large Lion’s Mane, perfect for a meal for 2–3 people. With the right care, your kit could produce a second, third, and possibly even a fourth flush if you're lucky!

    Storage: If you’re not quite ready to start growing, simply store your mushroom kit in the fridge(Up to 3-4 months). This will keep it dormant until you’re ready to grow or gift it!

  • Lion’s Mane mushrooms have a mild, slightly sweet flavor with a hint of seafood, often compared to crab or lobster. When cooked, their tender, meaty texture makes them a delicious addition to any dish, especially with butter, garlic, and herbs.
