10.1. Please note that during the purchase process, we store your personal data such as name, address, email address, telephone number, bank details, credit card number, and your date of birth. We use cookies to simplify this process and to execute the contract later.

Please note that for your order, address data such as name and delivery address, as well as contact details such as email address and telephone number, may be used for delivery by Österreichische Post Aktiengesellschaft or Hermes Logistik GmbH & Co KG. For card payments, your credit card, debit card, or bank card data will be forwarded to our payment service providers Stripe or PayPal for payment processing. For payments via Sofortüberweisung, your account data will be forwarded to the company SOFORT. Additionally, your mentioned data will be forwarded to our tax consultant to fulfill our tax obligations, who is committed to complying with the applicable data protection regulations.
