Returns Policy

Should you decide that the purchased item no longer meets your needs, take advantage of our returns policy, applicable for a period of 14 days from the date of purchase.

If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, maintaining the same condition as when received.

Refunds (if applicable):
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account. Contact your credit card company, and then your bank if needed. If the issue persists, reach out to us at info@mycorama.com.

Sale Items (if applicable):
Refunds are applicable only to regular-priced items; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Faulty Kits:
Our Grow Guarantee covers all our mushroom kits. If you encounter issues, email us at info@mycorama.com with a photo for advice. In case of a faulty kit, we’ll promptly send you a new one free of charge or offer a full refund.

Shipping:
To return your product, mail it to: mycorama 19 Markhoffgasse, 1030, Wien Austria. You are responsible for the shipping costs, as they are non-refundable.
